The DEX Skills project plans and implements an online training program for mapping and developing the digital employee experience (DEX, digital employee experience). Technical, organizational and psychological factors, usage processes and software usability related to the digital employee experience. The digital employee experience is also affected organizational culture, ways of employee participation, HR and innovation capabilities.
With the help of the training program, employees, entrepreneurs or the unemployed can develop their digital skills and learn ways to improve their own working methods in a digital work environment. The training program is implemented as an English-language, web-based training, for which no credits are awarded, but the participants receive a certificate for completing the training.
The project is funded by the REACT-EU Instrument as part of the European Union’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
